Mike was professional right from the first email contact, to follow-up phone calls and all the way through to job completion. He was flexible with our changing work schedules and worked with us to find a time that would work for having our children out of the home while he was there working. He was straight forward and honest with the quote from the beginning and did not try to “up-sell” us on anything or add “extras” during the job. He followed all COVID protocol to the letter. Our carpets our close to 20yrs old and we were considering ripping them out to replace them, but thanks to Mike at Grime Patrol they look new again and prove to have quite a few years left of life in them. Will definitely have him back in the spring to tackle tile & grout cleaning especially around our front entrance.
